What happens after I submit a spot?

We review submissions and add suitable places, researching the details against official sources before we publish. We may email you if we have questions.

Will I be credited?

Yes, if we publish your place we credit you on the listing, using the name or Instagram handle you give in the photo credit field.

Can I upload a photo?

Yes, one optional JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 6 MB. Only send a photo you took yourself, as you confirm that Qatar Unseen may publish it with credit.

How long does the review take?

There is no fixed time: we review submissions and add suitable places once we have checked them. Places with unclear access or opening status can take longer.

What kind of places can I submit?

Beaches, viewpoints, cafés, heritage sites, nature spots, local eats and experiences anywhere in Qatar that deserve more attention. Please only suggest places that the public can legally and safely visit.

What is my email used for?
